Better price than my previous favorite brand. Now I switch to this. Highly recommend.These snack are fantastic. All their products are delicious, and no I don’t work for them, but I wish I did! Free snacks! I thought for the price I got them they would be close to expiration, but nope, fresh as can be. Definitely try the teriyaki!My 2 year old granddaughter loves theseSo I did not receive the Sriracha flavor snacks I expected. We received the "Tom Yum" flavor instead so I will be reviewing based on that instead.So these snacks *ARE* vegan, please keep that in mind. The picture of the shrimp/prawn on the front of the bag means nothing really other than to identify what type of flavor to expect. Now for us Americans who normally have no idea what Tom Yum is, it is a spicy sour soup from Thailand normally made with shrimp, lime, cilantro, garlic, and other goodness. So these might be a little odd at first but they quickly grow on you and soon you will find that you have demolished an entire bag without realizing it. Mind you, I like Thai food, have been to the country, and loved the cuisine while there. The heat level of the spiciness of these is pretty mild from a Thai perspective, for an average American, I would classify it as mild to medium depending on your sensitivity. The snacks themselves are crunchy and wonderful texture-wise. I do enjoy these quite a bit, although I do wish they were the Sriracha I was expecting. ;)I've never heard of these nor experience any previous flavors of "tom yum", which is apparently a traditional Thai soup. Still, I like trying different snacks and foods, and this caught my interest. From someone who has never tasted this kind of flavor before, I was actually impressed. It has a slight sweet and spicy flavor and the crunch of the rice nugget makes for an interesting (and crunchy) experience. I can definitely enjoy these as a snack at any time, my only issue is how the rice nugget's glaze leaves some bits stuck on my teeth which makes for an aftertaste I would prefer to do without (toothpicks help). Otherwise, I don't mind these at all.I wasn't sure what to expect as I never tried a "sticky rice" snack product before. I was literally expecting something on the sticker side, like sticky fingers kind of messy. Definitely not the case with these!! They weren't sticky or messy whatsoever.I am typically not a fan of super spicy snacks because I'm such a wimp when it comes to heat levels. Black pepper can be spicy to me!!! These definitely have some heat to them but it wasn't unbearable. I actually ate a few of the rice chips before I even felt the burn. Then, when it became noticeable, I didn't mind it that much. I was still able to eat more of the rice chips and enjoy them. Typically after I start feeling the burn, all I can taste is spiciness, burning, and heat which just ruins the entire snacking experience for me. That wasn't the case with these. They have the perfect balance of heat and tangy sweetness!The resealable bags are nice. It helps keep the product fresher than a regular, unsealable bag.These are perfect for mid day snacking or to pack in our lunches for a little afternoon treat. My husband absolutely LOVES these things so I'm not sure how long the case will last. Probably not long! LOLThe texture is super light, airy, and crispy. Super addicting, too!!! :)
