First, please don't look at the error of my typing so sorry for that but I have to tell you what is left out of all the reviews and what I wanted to know.Yes, it does cause weight loss, but the weight loss is successful if you follow the instructions. It's been three days and I lost 2.5 pounds already. I will update and I know everybody is different. I also exercise, no not usually but I gained 25 pounds not eating a lot but my exercise routine was like, I walk to the mailbox and to the grocery store from the parking lot (of coarse I find the very closest spot). I don't eat a lot but I eat the WRONG things all day long so this took discipline but I was ready for it. I also stop drinking ALL sugar soda and drank water only. If you like those big meals, I'd say adjust your eatin before jumping into this the portions are small and only one snack a day. Um oh yeah taste is not bad, of coarse there is some I like better and a couple I'm like yuk but it's not bad at all. Nsow I'm eating what I'm suppose too and exercising more than the mailbox walk. I'm doing 20 minutes a day weel its only been 3 days but so proud of myself. I'm going to do this until I learn how to watch my food myself, and stop looking at low fat as an enemy. YES YES it words and I don't think the price is bad, I feel like I'm investion in myself, seeing I go out to eat and spend this amount with my and my kids. No more fast food, using the money for ME. You can do it, just plan and discipline yourself, not easy :( but so so worth it :)Update after the entire seven days. I'm so embarassed please note I'm not physical, and sure don't have physical wisdom. Okay, the miracle weight loss was clothing, duh y'all. Good part yes, I loss weight 3.5 pounds altogther (with the same clothes too). It also disciplined my eating, the portions were small and there was times I was hungry. But by the end of the 7 days I got a hang of it or should I say my stomach did. The taste wasn't bad but I liked somethings better than others. I'm exercising too. I'm doing another 7 days with measurements, I seem also to be slimmer (just a tad). My mom did the system and loss so much weight, that was my motivation that I could do it Oh yeah directions I said you have to follow, they give none but I meant being faithful with the breakfast lunch and dinner. I guess you really don't need directions on that. I took a little break and started looking at calories, and non fat stuff :) oh the first time I ate regular food, I got stomach cramps. I took a break because I got light headed when I did the treadmill, I don't know if it's cause I was lacking calories or my system when into shock, from not exercising to exercising.
