Okay so here's the thing, these taste great! They're light and crunchy with a thin waffle cookie layer BUT the catch with these are that they contain fat that isn't good for us. Palm oil, saturated fat. 13 g of protein but 7g of Sat fat. So if you're interested in building muscle with lean protein these wouldn't be your first choice, but if you eat candy bars these would be a better choice.These are so delicious! Just like a Girl Scout thin mint cookie. There is no chalky protein flavor after taste what so ever! Best protein bar I have found!By far one of the top/ best existing health bars!Cleverly thought and made;clean & scrumptious!Kinda pricey but I still bought it!Beware!
