My kids leave for school just before 6:00am. And they hate to eat before going. Nobody wants a full breakfast at 5:30am, much less teens.So, I give them these bars to eat on the way, so that they have something in their stomachs when they start school.My kids also have dairy, gluten, and nut allergies, so this fits the bill in that area.They taste fabulous, and this is their favorite flavor of this brand’s bars. However, there are only 5 bars per box, where the other boxes have 6. And this flavor is more expensive per box than the higher count other flavors.
