The press does a descent job. I have a hydraulic press with a water bladder as well. After using this press with the jack and getting as much juice as I could, I put the grapes in the bladder press and got about half the amount additional from the first press. It will do great on larger fruit, such as peaches, but it doesn't do well on grapes.The assembly was easy and the material is good quality. The jack could be better.
